Return Policy for The FlexPacks
Thank you for choosing The Flexpack by GillyGro! We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee equal to the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Contact us at info@gillygro.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label.
- Refund: After we receive and inspect the item, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Process: Contact us at info@gillygro.com to initiate an exchange for a different size, color, or item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please reach out to us immediately at info@gillygro.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
